Hi, I’m Caroline Byrd Landen, LMFT

Caroline Byrd Landen specializes in relationships—with ourselves, partners, families, the world around us, and God. She believes that while much of our pain happens within relationships, so does our healing. Through the lens of attachment and emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Caroline helps clients build deeper connection, greater self-understanding, and lasting emotional security.

Caroline works with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, trauma, intimacy concerns, life transitions, and the complexities of family life. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person longs to feel seen, safe, and valued in their relationships.

Her professional training includes certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), advanced trauma work, maternal mental health, attachment-based interventions, and sex therapy. Caroline is especially passionate about helping couples rebuild emotional and physical intimacy, including those navigating the tension between faith, sexuality, and the messages many received through purity culture. She is currently pursuing advanced training in Christian Sex Therapy to further support couples seeking relational and spiritual connection within marriage.

As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist and Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, Caroline also enjoys supporting parents and families in strengthening attachment, connection, and emotional resilience. She believes the principles of secure attachment have the power to transform not only couples and families, but also schools, churches, and communities.
